When you think of government officials challenging an arms maker, who also happens to be a small business paying taxes, you could be forgiven for thinking that their concerns were just about firearms and the Second Amendment. However, when officials began to approach Ares Armor in California about ‘removing an unpopular sign’ (with a message the city bureaucrats didn’t approve of or like) – the issue quickly becomes one about freedom of speech, the First Amendment and private property rights.
Ares Armor helps Americans who want to build their own rifles, make their dreams a reality. Unfortunately, California politicians and city officials want to silence them and their message. Ares Armor’s ideals do not comply with their socialist ideologies. Ironically, the city will use men with guns to enforce their illegal and un-Constitutional power grab.
